In a day when David Bowie was pictured sat before a harpsichord for Louis Vuitton, revisiting the spiky roots of glam is an absolute must. This month’s issue of Harper’s Bazaar Brasil does just that in a story by photographer Gui Paganini featuring Thairine García. The Brazilian model is somewhat of a favorite of the magazine’s having shot a trio of covers since 2012 and her latest effort ought to further endear her to publication and readership alike. Styling by Flavia Lafer pivots away from punk and toward glamor, opting for Chanel, Valentino, and Bottega Veneta amongst other luxury brands. Thairine and her inky black do, however look every bit the part in this glam stroke punk tribute.
