PARIS — Saturday afternoon under the tents at the Tuileries is one of the more delightful fixtures of the week for the sheer transformative quality the Amsterdam-based designers Viktor Horsting and Rolf Snoeren bring to the occasion season after season. For their fall collection the highway loomed large and disappeared into the horizon underneath ever-diminishing street lamps. The collection, replete with knits in black, gray, and shades of red, openly embraced the road and the windswept hair worn by the models gracing the two-lane highway.
