There is an inherent hazard that comes with stepping inside of any building that has been standing for centuries in Italy. The risk of course is not so much from structural instability as it is the sheer overwhelming sensation that accompanies any 17th century interior. Alma Jodorowsky is equal to the challenge in this month’s issue of L’Officiel Italia where she is pictured by photographer Guido Taroni inside Palazzo Clerici in Milan. No wallflower herself, Alma is a rising force following her performance in Blue Is the Warmest Colour (2013) and subsequent foray into the world of fashion for Chanel. Wearing pieces from the Chanel Métiers d’Art ready-to-wear collection, Alma looks well at home and yet never at risk of being swallowed by her surroundings, however gilded they are.
