Without wading too deeply into the fundamental physical constants of the universe, suffice it to say there are several and their importance cannot be understated. Were we without even one constant, say, the unsexy Planck length, then the universe would be in a heap of hurt. Constants also can be found elsewhere including culture and if ever there were a constant in fashion, then it would be the ratio of youthful abandon to Just Cavalli. Case in point is the brand’s Fall 2014 campaign featuring Langley Fox Hemingway and Ruby Stewart. Exuberance, rebellion, luxury, decadence, the advertising by photographer Michel Comte has it all. Shot in Los Angeles, the campaign expands upon the Florentine themes Roberto Cavalli channeled into this collection, but with an obvious SoCal flair. Langley, Ruby, flowers, Fender Squier, Boston Terrier on a leash — this campaign rightly has it all much like any fundamental constant worth its salt would.
Miles Hurley also features in this campaign.
