Suki Waterhouse breathes new life into the mod 1960s in the February 2014 issue of Teen Vogue in an editorial photographed by Ben Weller. No matter the stylings, however off the page Suki draws inspiration from a variety of sources, all fashionable and truly cinematic. “My style is influenced by Natalie Portman in Léon, Goldie Hawn in Shampoo, Jane Fonda in Klute, Ike and Tina Turner, Boogie Nights, Vivienne Westwood, Pattie Boyd, and Marianne Faithfull in The Girl on a Motorcycle — she’s my ultimate icon.” Suki is well on her way to rightfully becoming an inspiration like the many she cites.
