“A new kind of transparency is coursing through fashion,” announces the Spring 2014 women’s issue of T Magazine for a 10-page story by Mario Sorrenti featuring Binx. “From open weaves and sheer fabrics to slashed fringing and laser-print cutouts, each look offers a unique way to expose some skin.” Light and shadow, therefore play a supporting role in this Joe McKenna-styled story. To that end, the editorial opens with the statuesque Binx wearing a geometric lace dress by Chloé. Other looks from Céline, Chanel, Calvin Klein Collection, and more illustrate this interplay of light and shadow. The portraits are outstanding — a paean to the grace Binx embodies.
