If recent headlines concerning Dolce & Gabbana have stirred controversy, then this story ought to have the opposite effect. The Italian house founded by Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana has launched a line of bespoke tailored menswear called Alta Sartoria, which is featured in a new story with Lucky Blue in the latest issue of men’s biannual Hercules. Photographed by Giampaolo Sgura and styled by Miguel Arnau, the story clears the stage of pretense and distraction to let the clothing speak for itself. To do just that, Lucky Blue brings the collection to vivid life over a dozen pages. Whether wearing a white cotton shirt, black vest, and foulard worn as a tie (pictured) or striped silk pajamas paired with an aubergine double-breasted jacket, Lucky Blue as ever is your man.
