The most exhausting thing about spring is waiting for the weather to finally come good and stay good, but by the time that happens summer with its asphalt-melting temperatures has already arrived. Fortunately spring is not only a meteorological phenomenon, but is also an occasion for beauty. Take a look at this month’s issue of Vogue Taiwan and spring is made to shine in a beauty story featuring Jenna Earle and the work of beauty artist Carolina Dali. There is a lightness to the makeup, which makes the details when emphasis is added all the more special. Hand to side of head, Jenna looks on wearing Proenza Schouler and an unmissable eye lined in blue. The shade immediately injects excitement into the page, which is in turn echoed in a swoosh of hair by hair stylist Shlomi Mor that extends up and beyond Jenna’s shoulder. Never mind today or tomorrow’s weather forecast, Jenna has brought all the spring that is needed until at least June.
