Readers will no doubt remember the latency in recognition at Erika Linder appearing in the Tom Ford Lips & Boys campaign. The advertising broke and eyes were understandably drawn to Argentinian beauty Sabrina Ioffreda as she serially locked lips with a slew of boys. Upon further examination, there was Erika cast as one of the boys, which is a role she has not infrequently played. The August 2015 issue of ELLE, however shows another side Erika, one which she plays with equal relish. Photographed by Nagi Sakai and styled by Sabina Schreder, the story titled “Viva Glam” does over eight pages what is says on the tin, namely raise the volume on the glam stylings of the season. Erika opens the story (pictured) sporting an embroidered silk organza dress by Saint Laurent by Hedi Slimane, a metal necklace by Moschino (who else?), and fishnet stockings. The expression on Erika’s face is of pure satisfaction, joyful abandon, which is something ELLE readers and nearly everyone else wants. Viva glam, viva Erika!
