Ask any master electrician, opposites attract! That’s right and if the rest is a bit fuzzy, no matter because Maja Salamon renders the concept utterly comprehensible in the November 2015 issue of Vogue Nederland in a story titled “Opposites Attract” by photographer Ruben De Wilde and stylist Hannah Van Well. Polarity in this case can be found along the “rich-poor” axis where copious amounts of sequins represent the former and denim the latter. Combine the two in a circuit called Maja Salamon and there is liable to be enough juice to power even this dodgy metaphor. Opposites might attract, but Maja Salamon attracts all polarities.
