LONDON — However vigorous debate about the roles or responsibilities of fast fashion in the wider world of fashion is, that was all put on hold, albeit temporarily, Saturday afternoon at Tate Britain where the Topshop Unique Autumn / Winter 2016 runway show was hosted. The occasion could not have been more fêted, what with Nick Knight busily snapping away near real-time portraits of VIP attendees including Lucky BlueCaroline Vreeland, not to mention spotlight-loving Alanna Arrington.  On the afternoon Grace Hartzel opened the show wearing an oversize bomber with white fur collar and a skinny grey pant, the silhouette of which was the very distillation of the British style being championed throughout the collection. Also on the runway another five models at Next including Lineisy Montero, the aforementioned Alanna Arrington, Nirvana Naves, Vera Van Erp, and Julia Fleming also featured.
