PARIS — Tuesday reached crescendo at the Kenzo Autumn / Winter 2016 runway show with Selena Forrest opening and Lorena Maraschi closing. They were joined on the runway by a half dozen models at Next including Maria Clara, Wangy, Odette Pavlova, Julie Hoomans, Liza Ostanina, and Abby Bass. The collection by Humberto Leon and Carol Lim took inspiration from Japanese shōjo manga character and all around bad ass girl Sailor Moon. Coupled with a runway soundtrack that liberally sampled moving political speech by latter-day orator and rapper Killer Mike, this collection was destined for adventure.
