Alexa Chung generates news whether she is stepping out on red carpet, rebooting a collection from the Marks & Spencer archives, or breezily spearheading a future of fashion documentary for British Vogue. Alexa’s latest foray into print, however is somewhat of a departure, but no less eye-catching in the pages of the Spring / Summer 2016 issue of Dazed in an editorial by photographer Ethan James Green. Known for his striking portraiture, Green trains his lens on Alexa on an gritty side street in New York’s Chinatown. As unorthodox a setting this is for Alexa, the change enables her to do what she does best, elevate the clothes and the occasion. Alexa does precisely this wearing many of the pieces from the collection on which she collaborated with M&S. And that is all the news fit to print.
