A day after the all-too-soon passing of Prince, rest in peace, the theme of glam once again manifests not in some purple-tinged remembrance, but in the June 2016 issue of Vogue Japan in a story featuring Anais Mali photographed by Giampaolo Sgura and styled by Anna Dello Russo. To be clear, this editorial is no Prince tribute per se, but the resonance is as uncanny as it is timely. Anais sports a high-volume coif by hair stylist Andrew Guida and a glittery eye and lip by makeup artist Jessica Nedza. Prince might have left the earth, but his spirit lives on in the turning pages of Vogue Japan thanks to Anais Mali.
