MILAN — A day later and it Vogue is already writing about it, namely models sporting bobs in the Prada Spring / Summer 2017 runway show early Thursday evening. Guido’s team was busy all afternoon taking off the requisite inches to achieve the cut just right on countless models in the final lineup except for one very notable exception Arizona Muse. Throughout her storied career Arizona has been celebrated for her inestimable beauty, which ranks high on the scale of natural endowment apart from the bob she has worn consistently over the years. Prada if anything upsets order, introduces new regimes, new influences, and if bobs were good for the rest, then it would be extensions for Arizona. And so it was, Past Forward, as the accompanying film installation on the Prada runway by artist David O. Russell was called, launching what has been into the a future that will be. Also on the runway from across the Next network were a handful of models including Nimue Smit, Lineisy Montero, Ania Chiz, Leila Zandonai, and Lorena Maraschi. Bob or not, it was great to see Arizona on the runway a full four years since she was last there capping off what was a whirlwind debut year in modeling that began with what else but a Prada exclusive.
