“I came about it through wearing it,” said Phoebe Philo quoted by Vogue speaking to press backstage in March of this year at the Céline Fall 2016 runway show. Anyone looking for a mood board or constellation of cultural references might well have been disabused of such expectations on the spot, the collection as ever speaks for itself. That self-evidence continues on the page of the November 2016 issue of Vogue Ukraine in a story featuring none other than Hedvig Palm (pictured) wearing, wait for it, Céline. The story, photographed by Jens Ingvarsson and styled by Marina Ingvarsson, features a further half dozen looks for autumn, all perfectly wearable. That this story populates the magazine’s “Power Woman” issue is no accident, Hedvig and her abilities are immense.
