The August 2017 issue of Vogue is out, which means so too are a mess of fall campaigns. Pick of the lot, then has to be the Céline Fall / Winter 2017 advertising campaign by Juergen Teller starring Binx. Think back to early March of this year at the Céline runway show on the Sunday morning of Fashion Week in Paris. Binx walked in that show, the set of which seated the invited guests including buyers, editors, and more on revolving platforms. As models walked the wooden runway, the audience slowly spun. To say this movement piqued some would be an understatement, but all the same creative director Phoebe Philo’s collection was beyond reproach. A full 135 days later the campaign, Binx’s second such honor for Céline, is seeing the light of day. Apart from the ground moving underneath us at roughly 1000 miles per hour as the planet Earth on its axis, chairs are stable, though any additional movement is rightfully attributed to Binx, who is very clearly elegance and refinement personified.
