Patience is virtue, but more than that, patience is also the theme of the Autumn 2017 issue of Glass. This timely theme of course is at odds with much of society mindlessly clutching for its smartphone misplaced in the cluttered handbag of the mind. Patience is a virtue with great rewards, none perhaps greater than a cover story with Karmen Pedaru photographed in London by Riccardo Vimercati. Karmen is a subject worthy of exploration, nay, celebration in an genre. In the case of this story, however the editorial takes up this season’s trend of masculine tailoring. To that end, there are coats, no shortage of coats from Louis Vuitton, Céline, Fendi (pictured), and more. With October temperatures nowhere even near freezing in either London or New York, patience for autumn weather is a must.
