Less than 48 hours after Dua Lipa delighted fans in Hamburg with a Harry “Potter Than Hell” tribute, a feat for which MTV crowned the pop star “Queen of Halloween,” she’s gone on to claim this weekend’s cover of the Evening Standard Magazine. Pop’s hottest property is given center stage in a cover story photographed and styled by Luc Coiffait and Richard Sloan respectively. Dua ruminates on life in London (“I’d take sunny London over anything, anywhere, any day.”) relationships (“I find a lot of inspiration from heartbreak, I kind of thrive on it”), and stardom (“Patience really is a virtue. It’s always served me well to wait and learn more about myself”). Dua’s rise is meteoric, make no mistake, and she will scale to ever further heights.

Dua Lipa performs at London’s Brixton Academy on Monday, 6 November 2017 and has a full United Kingdom arena tour scheduled for April of next year. Her self-titled debut album is out now.
