Sunday night Binx Walton closed the Alexander Wang runway show. A full 48 hours later on Wednesday night she provided gloss to a glittering Saint Laurent men’s lineup. Today, however it is her presence on the page that will have readers purring. The July 2018 issue of British Vogue continues smashing the high bar set by editor-in-chief Edward Enninful with a story by photographer Dan Martensen and stylist Clare Richardson. Over the course of eight pages, Binx gives as many looks for summer, each with an eye for clarity and strength. That said, nothing that follows is stodgy, far from it. Binx for her part makes this series a story, not merely a succession of entries on a shipping manifest. Wearing a wool blazer and trouser by Lemaire, paired with a choker by Alexander McQueen (pictured), Binx throws back her head against a blue sky, laughing out loud. The joyful abandon shown is infectious and a reminder of the richness Binx brings to all her work.
