The polls are still open. Faith in democracy of course is no requirement when casting a ballot on this Election Day in the United States, but it would certainly goes down easier knowing your vote will actually be counted. Heavy as all this voting business can be, there is a world removed the toils of representative democracy and it can be found in almost any fashion magazine crowding the newsstand. The November 2018 issue of Vogue México offers some reprieve with a breathtaking story starring Aube Jolicoeur that was shot on location in the ancient heights of Cusco, Peru. Picturesque as this destination is Aube as ever brings to bear the force of her personality to it. Styled by Angelo DeSanto, the story makes inspired of capes, caps, and other woolens. It is difficult to not wish a chance to experience the dizzying spectacle of grazing sheep in the Chilean highlands of this unitary presidential constitutional republic. Hat tip to voters here, there, and everywhere.
